When we are suddenly overcome with a feeling of sadness, anger, loneliness, desperation or just disoriented. We tend to try to find the origin for that feeling.
And sometimes we can spend a long time searching the “cause” of that awful feeling with no success whatsoever.
But one important thing to remember is that it is not necessary to find the origin of the feeling or even being able to articulate what it is that is bothering us.
