It seems very difficult to forgive someone who has done something that really damaged us in some way.

But time has taught us that everyone receives what he or she deserves, even if we don’t see it.  Many times I have heard people complaining about that, but we don’t know what really happens in other people’s life, so definitely we cannot affirm anything whatsoever.

In many cases, when possible, after some deep research we have found out that the lives of people who have been considered as bad or harmful to others have lived a tormented inner existence.

To believe that our actions won’t receive a reaction would be a contradiction to natural laws. This reaction will be good or bad depending on our action and is a common natural law we can observe in the entire universe.

So stop worrying about what others are receiving, and remember that you need to forgive those who have harmed you in any way, because that forgiveness is important for you to heal that wound.

Yes it sounds strange, but it is true, you forgive to heal yourself. To let go of those bad feelings that harm your body and soul.  The other party will receive what he or she deserves and that is no longer of your concern, just know it will be so. Let it go, for your health, for your own sake. Release those feelings and you will feel much better in every aspect.

There is no point in holding on to old resentment and anger; those feelings won’t serve you in anyway.  They will only stop you from advancing and bring you terrible illnesses and circumstances you have no need for.

I have even known people, who keep resentment or hate against a member of their own family for many years, and they cannot even remember exactly how it all started or why.  They just hanged on to that feeling as a “family tradition”, sometimes their parents had a problem with someone and they don’t even know what happened, they just know they have to “hate” that person, but not the reasons why.

That will only feed a collective grudge that will bring the same or even worst illnesses to a whole family.

Do you remember how it felt the last time you forgave someone?

Well then dare to feel that healing sensation once more so you can renew your body cells and at the same time your soul to start a new life.

You deserve it. You owe it to yourself.
