Do nothing

We are living very hectic times, everything must be quick and short. We like to see a movie instead of reading the book, we strive to find shortcuts, instead of taking the time to learn and practice to do things properly. We prefer to pay to get our clothes washed and ironed instead of taking the time to do it ourselves.

We are living our lives on the fast lane.

As a civilization, we are getting lazy on many things.

But on the other hand, we are getting obsessed with exercising. We are beginning to face serious health problems due to an excess of exercise training in ways our body was not design to do. But, fashion is fashion and you need to follow it, in order to feel you are “fitting in”, right?

Your adventure

Two decades ago I began a great adventure. A world tour visiting 100 cities in 40 countries. A little tweak

I was enjoying the view from the top of a mountain near the Everest. I was sweating and panting despite the cold weather, but the effort to reach that peak was just too much for a city person like me.

It was a rough walk and although I have always enjoyed walking for very long periods of time, climbing this mountain was not an easy task.  It took us a few hours and going through difficult parts and some tough experiences too. But we were finally at the top and enjoying a breath-taking view of the Chomologma “the mother of all mountains” Tibetan name for what we call Mount Everest. Continue reading
