When I look at the things I have been through so far, I realise that most of my experience, those things I consider as valuable knowledge, are mostly the result of painful events.
I am able to walk now, because many times I fell down as I tried to take my first steps when I was a little child, I got up again and kept trying to imitate those people around me who were able to walk without a problem.
Every fall was painful, but that did not kept me from standing up again and keep trying. And now, thanks to that I can walk for hours and enjoy it. Continue reading →
“…So I began to visualise the end results I wanted to see in my life and then I stood there staring at the celling in silence wondering what to do next.” He said.
“Well after visualising what you want to manifest, what´s next is to follow your heart, you need to take a step towards what you want to get. If you don’t do anything, even taking a little step so your action moves the rest of the Universe, nothing is going to happen.” Was my answer.
“Ok, ok I know all that, I have read it a thousand times, but the thing is that right now, I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO! I have done everything I know I can do, I have NO idea what the next step is and I need YOU to help me to find out what should I do now. There is nothing more enervating than wishing something and having no idea what to do about it, I cannot keep staring at the ceiling my whole life.” He said desperately. Continue reading →
Lately I have been finding different cases of people who are scared of being with themselves because their families think they are getting paranoiac or anti-social.
The excess of use of technology is causing many people to believe that having a quiet and reserved behaviour far from the crowds and/or common social practices is a dangerous symptom. If you do not get involved in the stereotypical activities every other “normal” human being follow every day, you are tagged as “anti-social”.
I know that the alienation most of us are suffering due to new technologies is affecting our society and the way we communicate with each other and in the long run this will bring problems we cannot even foresee right now. The fear for this lack of attention from those we love is affecting our coexistence and is disturbing us now in many other ways. Continue reading →
One of the most mind blowing theories Quantum physics is juggling right now is the idea that information builds reality.
Of course it is just a theory and it’s just beginning to go through different scientific filters, but the idea is not really new and there are many “big” names in the field behind it, so I am sure we will hear a lot about it in the near future. Continue reading →
“If I had known all the things I had to go through to get to where I am now, I think I would have never began. Ignorance is not a bad thing after all.” That was the answer from a prominent physicist when I asked him in an interview, about the beginning of his career. He had reached the highest level in different disciplines of his field and even won the Nobel Prize in the 70s.
He taught me that day a great lesson, not in physics , but a life lesson. We should never forget that even Albert Einstein was a complete neophyte in math and physics at one time. He was curious, he found the answers that convinced him and found his passion in physics and began the study everything he could, devouring all the books on that subject he could get. He began that journey at some point in his life and reached very high levels.
We all have begun a similar journey many times in our lives. I am sure you are very good at something, or know more than others in a particular theme. Through years of studying, practising, reading, etc, you have reached a good level at something that you love to do. And now you are good at something as no one else is, because you have added to that your own experiences and personal baggage. But if you were to start from zero right now, you probably would think it twice before starting that journey.
But don’t let that stop you from taking the first step into your next adventure.

There is nothing more annoying when sitting at a table to eat or drink something than, finding a “dancing table”. When the table is not well balanced and you have to ask the waiter or even yourself to put something under a leg in order to level the table so you don’t have to keep “pulling” your side of the table up to keep your soup from spilling all the time.
Well I don’t know if you have experienced that, but I have lived that many times in all kind of restaurants, expensive and cheap ones. And believe me struggling with chairs and tables is not really a great way to begin a meal.
