You do not need to “share” all your experiences with the rest of the world.

Most of the things we really enjoy are things we cannot punt into words.

I know nowadays it is more important for many people to upload photos of their last trip to their social networks than taking the time to enjoy the moment for themselves.

The other day I was talking with a friend who told me that he had not taken any videos or photographs of his trip because I felt he lost a lot of time taking the photo instead of filling his mind and soul with that moment.   Continue reading

Your team

I have been reading everywhere about the importance to choose the people you surround yourself with. And I am not talking only about your work team, but the people you spend more time with in your everyday life.

They say we become what we eat, but we become too a little like those who surround us, human beings are imitation creatures, so we end up implementing customs, habits, ideas, concepts, movements, and many other things almost without noticing it.

“But the problem is that I want to be able to do the things you talk about in the book, but I don’t think is as easy as it sounds” She complained.

What are you leaving behind?

Probably you haven’t considered yet to leave some kind of inheritance once you leave this world.  And I am not talking about money or properties, you may leave some of those behind but believe me, rarely people will remember you and feel grateful to you because of them. I have seen many friends who received good inheritances and when asked about them, they rarely are grateful or remember the relative who left them the goods in their everyday life. Continue reading
